nadle\u017enost Pravobraniteljstva Distrikta Br\u010dko<\/h2>                        <div class=\"sec-title__text te-text\"><p>Pravobraniteljstvo obavlja poslove pravne za\u0161tite javne imovine, imovinskih prava i imovinskih interesa Br\u010dko distrikta BiH, njegovih tijela, institucija i pravnih osoba koje se financiraju u cijelosti ili prete\u017eno iz prora\u010duna Br\u010dko distrikta BiH ili u odnosu na njih Br\u010dko distrikt BiH vr\u0161i osniva\u010dka prava, i u postupcima pred sudovima i drugim nadle\u017enim tijelima poduzima zakonom odre\u0111ene postupke i mjere za za\u0161titu javne imovine, imovinskih prava i imovinskih interesa Br\u010dko distrikta BiH.<\/p><p>Navedene poslove Pravobraniteljstvo obavlja i u odnosu na poduze\u0107a u ve\u0107inskom vlasni\u0161tvu Br\u010dko distrikta BiH, osim u predmetima vezanim za naplatu potra\u017eivanja za utro\u0161enu struju, vodu, odvoz sme\u0107a (i druge komunalne usluge) ukoliko ti iznosi ne prelaze limit od 15.000,00 KM, kao i u drugim predmetima \u010dija je vrijednost ispod limita propisanog od 15.000,00 KM.<\/p><p>Ako Pravobraniteljstvo treba zastupati strane \u010diji su interesi suprotni, a jedna od njih je Br\u010dko distrikt BiH, Pravobraniteljstvo zastupa Br\u010dko distrikt BiH.<\/p><p>U slu\u010daju da Pravobraniteljstvo treba zastupati strane \u010diji su interesi suprotni, a nijedna od tih stranaka nije Br\u010dko distrikt BiH, Pravobraniteljstvo ne\u0107e zastupati te strane.<\/p><p>Pri obavljanju poslova, Pravobraniteljstvo mo\u017ee pokretati postupke protiv Br\u010dko distrikta BiH te u tom slu\u010daju ima svojstvo stranke u postupku.<\/p><\/div>\r\n                    <\/div><!-- section-title-box -->\r\n    \r\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
